The EcoAlaxy portal

EcoAlaxy is a public portal that explains and links to the EcoAlaxy platforms. Each destination has its own features, account access and privacy information. Following a link takes you to that destination; shared sign-in does not automatically grant access to private information in another platform.

Browser preferences and EcoSage

The portal stores a browser preference recording whether you have dismissed the EcoSage greeting. The interactive view also uses information you enter or select to respond and navigate.

When you send a message to EcoSage, your message and the conversation in the current page are sent to the service to generate a response. Do not include private or confidential information you do not want processed for that request. Clearing browser storage does not itself erase server or provider records.

Using EcoStudios

EcoStudios processes the account and project information needed for its editing, AI, merchandise-design, purchasing and custom-service features. This may include uploads, saved designs and print choices, service briefs and contact details, order and billing records, and related estimates, invoices, change orders and correspondence. Its service providers process information as described in the EcoStudios Privacy Policy.

Private business records are restricted to authorized operations accounts; signing in or purchasing a membership does not grant access to those records. EcoStudios video-background-removal processing copies have a maximum 24-hour retention period; this does not delete originals or saved work. This specific processing-copy rule does not describe retention across every EcoAlaxy platform. See the destination platform’s policy for its own data handling and deletion requests.
