Claim state legend (text equivalent)

  • Verified fact — independently checked against stated criteria (none present in these samples)
  • Source-supported — linked to a cited source (none in samples)
  • Seller-reported — provided by the seller or provider, not independently verified
  • Contested — challenged or disputed
  • Unknown — information status unclear
  • Not supplied — field left empty or deliberately absent

No sample on this page carries a verified environmental, ethical, or sustainability conclusion. The foundation demonstrates structure, not certification.

Services Preview

How a professional or community service might communicate clearly — without pretending a real provider is listed.

Fictional demonstration content only. No real services, bookings, or providers exist on this foundation page.
Fictional demonstration · Service concept

Conceptual Care Service

Provider type: Individual · Location: Not specified · Availability: Conceptual only

  • Qualifications described in general terms only — no credentials verified
  • Scope and limitations stated as demonstration text
  • No pricing, scheduling, or booking capability
  • No environmental or ethical claims attached

This card exists to show future information structure. It is not a live listing.

Fictional demonstration · Community concept

Conceptual Community Project

Type: Community / nonprofit-aligned · Geographic focus: Not specified

  • Purpose described at a high level only
  • No fundraising, donation processing, or participation mechanism
  • No verified impact metrics
  • Clearly labeled as non-operational demonstration

Community popularity or mission language will never substitute for evidence or verification.

Responsible Pathways

Future directions under consideration. None are operational on this foundation.

  • Purchase

New or carefully sourced goods with transparent information.

  • Repair

Extend the life of existing items through skilled repair services.

  • Reuse

Second-life and recirculated goods with clear condition disclosure.

  • Rental

Temporary access instead of permanent ownership where appropriate.

  • Donation

Direct support pathways that remain distinct from product sales.

  • Local exchange

    Community-level and geographic proximity options.

  • Service discovery

Professional, creative, educational, and care services with clear qualifications and limits.

These pathways are design directions only. The foundation does not promise that every pathway will exist in a first production release.

Seller Standard (Future Direction)

What future sellers and providers should disclose — and what EcoMarket will refuse to hide.

Expected disclosures

  • Clear identity and seller type
  • Origin and materials where relevant
  • Production and packaging information
  • Honest photography and descriptions
  • Known limitations and unknowns
  • Shipping, returns, and responsibility terms
  • Any claimed certifications with supporting context

What will not be hidden

  • Missing information
  • Self-reported versus independently checked claims
  • Contested or unverified statements
  • Paid placement (when it exists, it will be labeled)
  • Material or supply-chain uncertainty

No seller accounts, onboarding, or verification systems exist on this foundation page.

Trust and Protection

A marketplace affects real money and real people. These foundations must be built carefully and later reviewed professionally.

  • Seller verification and accountability
  • Fraud prevention and secure transaction design
  • Honest product and service descriptions
  • Clear prohibited items and services
  • Consumer protection and accessible policies
  • Privacy and data minimization
  • Secure payment handling (never storing raw card data by EcoMarket)
  • Returns, refunds, chargebacks, and dispute processes
  • Moderation and record retention
  • Protection against counterfeit certifications and greenwashing
  • Clear labeling of any sponsored content

This foundation does not implement any of the above systems. No legal, regulatory, or security guarantees are made. Professional review and real implementation are required before any live commerce.
